After a busy but wonderful early January, we finally found ourselves with a free Saturday. As we pondered how to spend it, I discovered that it was a free museum day at the LACMA. I was super thrilled because I really wanted to go back when the Tim Burton exhibit was in town and pretty much ever since, but I’ve never made it.

I had noticed that we had a ton of coconut milk on hand and decided to make curry. For me, it’s usually red, but tonight Ryan was leaning toward yellow, and it came together beautifully, so I decided to write it down.
I don’t have any pictures of the process because I wasn’t planning on blogging this, but here’s the final product.
